This was my second time trying Jiu-Jitsu, but my first time at this specific class, and I had such an amazing experience! Everyone in the group was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and I felt comfortable from the moment I got there. The instructor was so warm, patient, and thorough with explaining every technique. He made sure I never felt behind or overwhelmed and gave me plenty of opportunities to practice each move over and over, both with him and with the other members of the class. Everyone was willing to work and spar with me, which made it so much easier to learn and actually build confidence as I went. The techniques were explained so well that they were easy to understand and apply, and by the end of class I felt way more confident moving around the floor. I learned SO much while still having a genuinely fun time. Overall, such a great experience and an even better environment. I was even invited to come back tomorrow, and I absolutely will be!

I had a great experience at this jiujitsu gym. From the moment I walked in, everyone was. Absolutely love this place! It’s the perfect spot for the whole family. The coaches are fantastic, and the atmosphere is so welcoming and positive. My kid truly feels like part of the family here. Beyond just giving us great energy and positive emotions, it has given our child a huge boost in confidence and discipline. Highly recommend!

Helder and Duda are amazing people! From the moment I walked in, they greeted me and made me feel welcome as a drop-in. The gym is very clean, has great vibes, and everyone was friendly. If you’re visiting the area, definitely stop by Tetris. Highly recommend!
